In re Matthews, Clarence; — Defendant(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “A”, No. 280-029.

The relator represents that the district court has failed to act timely on a motion to correct an illegal sentence and to quash the multiple bill adjudication he has filed in June of 1993. If relator’s representation is cox1-rect, the district court is ordered to consider and act on the motion.
