Concurring Opinion

ORTIQUE, J.,

concurs for the reasons expressed in 627 So.2d 641 and would add the additional reason that this reconsideration should be denied as “Premature”. However, should applicant show a basis to invoke a constitutional right against self-incrimination, this Court should consider the merits of said right.
