Granted and remanded to the district court for an evidentiary hearing. There, after appointment of counsel, relator may assert his double jeopardy claims. La.C.Cr.P. arts. 930, 930.7. See State ex rel. Adams v. Butler, 558 So.2d 552 (La. 1990); State v. Doughty, 379 So.2d 1088 (La. 1980).
