In re Mitchell, James Valery; — Defendants); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writ; Parish of Ouachita, 4th Judicial District Court, Div. “C”, No. 39,970.

Granted. Relator’s sentence for attempted armed robbery is vacated, and this case is remanded to the district court for consideration and resentencing in accordance with the procedures and guidelines set forth in State v. Desdunes, 579 So.2d 452 (La. 1991), and State v. Husband, 593 So.2d 1257 (La. 1992).
