In re Pinner, Michael D.; — Defendant(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial •writs; Parish of Orleans, Civil District Court, Div. “H”, No. 91-21713; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 93CW-2006.

Granted. Judgment of the district court is reversed. Trial judge had no authority to grant a new trial after the delays had expired. Defendant’s only remedy is to seek a nullity of final judgment under La.Code Civ.P. arts. 201, et seq.
