JUDICIARY COMMISSION PROCEEDING

PER CURIAM.

The record establishes that respondent is eighty-seven years old, has been diagnosed as having Parkinson’s Disease, seizure, cerebral hemorrhage and CVA, and dilantin toxicity, lives in a nursing home, and is physically and mentally unable to perform his duties as Justice of the Peace.

It is therefore ordered that respondent, Lucian E. Bonner, is involuntarily retired from his duties as Justice of the Peace.
