In re Hunt, Terrance K.; — Plaintiffs); applying for appeal of Disciplinary Board.

Granted. Because of the unusual circumstances, the matter is transferred to the Disciplinary Board with instructions to assign to a Hearing Committee Chair to review Disciplinary Counsel’s 1991 dismissal of the client’s complaint.
