Upon review of the record, and the arguments briefed by disciplinary counsel and respondent, it is the decision of the court that the motion for interim suspension pursuant to Rule XIX, Section 19, is hereby granted.

Further, it is ordered that the necessary disciplinary proceeding be instituted in accordance with Rule XIX, Section 11 and 19.
