LEMMON, J.,

votes to grant, noting that it would have been more appropriate for the trial court, when presented with a motion to dismiss relator’s exceptions for failure to file an accompanying memorandum, to allow relator a period of time to cure the deficiency by supplementing the exceptions rather than signing the ex parte motion to dismiss on the same day it was filed.
