In re Ortiz, Manuel; — Defendant(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Jefferson, Twenty-Fourth Judicial District Court, Div. “B”, No. 92-6496.

Writ granted. Stay order recalled. Judgment of trial court is vacated and set aside. Trial judge should conduct a hearing to determine the indigent status of defendant. If he determines that defendant is not indigent, *359trial judge should proceed in accordance with La.Code Cr.P. art. 914.1C(3).
