In re Craig, Aaron; — Defendant(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “D”, No. 373-349.

Case remanded to the district court for a hearing on the issue of “good cause” as a basis for any delay. La.C.Cr.Pr. Art. 701(E). The hearing shall be held by the trial court no later than May 31,1996.

WATSON, J., would deny the writ. JOHNSON, J., not on panel.
