In re Eames, George Washington; — Defendants); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writ; Parish of East Baton Rouge, 19th Judicial District Court, Div. “N”, No. 05-93-1367; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. KW96-1029.

Granted. Ruling of the trial judge is reversed. Under the circumstances, we find the defendant to be indigent. The trial judge is ordered to appoint appellate counsel.

KIMBALL, VICTORY and BLEICH, JJ., would deny the writ. JOHNSON, J., not on panel.
