CALOGERO, C.J., and LEMMON, J.,

concurs in the denial insofar as the applica*104tion seeks to require the trial judge to perform an in camera comparison. Insofar as the application seeks to require the district attorney to compare the grand jury testimony to the witnesses’ other statements, the district attorney has stated that his inspection has revealed no inconsistencies.
