In re Carter, Jan R.; Carter, Lesley;— Plaintiff(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 96CW-1586; Parish of Orleans, Civil District Court, Div. “D”, No. 78-11981.

The judgment of the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal dated July 30, 1996 is reversed. The judgment of the trial court is reinstated.

WATSON, J., would deny the writ.

LEMMON, J.,

would either grant and docket for argument or deny with instructions to the trial judge to receive objections to the testimony of the former judge on a question by question basis.
