Consideration of this application was deferred pending the finality of Pendleton v. Barrett, 95-2066 (La. 5/31/96); 675 So.2d 720. Now that Pendleton has become final, we remand this case to the Second Circuit Court of Appeal for reconsideration in light of Pen-dleton.
