ORDER

Remanded to court of appeal.

Consideration of this application was deferred pending the finality of Whitnell v. Silverman, No. 95-C-0112 c/w 95-CA-0259, 686 So.2d 23 (La. 12/06/96). Now that Whitnell has become final, we remand this case to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, for reconsideration in light of Whitnell.
