In re Clark, Levern M.; — Defendant(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writ; to the Court of Appeal, Fifth Circuit, *854No. 96-KW-0922; Parish of Jefferson, 24th Judicial District Court, Div. “F”, No. 9601923.

The ruling of the trial court denying defendant’s motion to sever counts 1 and 2 is reversed and defendant’s motion to sever is granted. The case is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings.

KIMBALL and KNOLL, JJ., would deny the writ. MARCUS, J., not on panel.
