Granted in part; case remanded. The district court is ordered to hold a hearing on or before February 5, 1997 at which it will determine whether there exists just cause for the delay in bringing relator to trial. See La.C.Cr.P. art. 701(D)(2); La.C.Cr.P. art. 701(E).
