PER CURIAM.*

Application granted in part. The case is remanded to the court of appeal with instructions to address the insurer’s contention, raised on rehearing in that court, that the judgment of the court of appeal erred in rendering judgment against the insurer in excess of its policy limits. Otherwise, the application is denied.

VICTORY and TRAYLOR, JJ., would grant and docket.
