ON APPLICATION FOR REHEARING

PER CURIAM.

Respondent, on application for rehearing, challenges the amount of costs assessed in our original decision. The court in its discretion assesses costs in the amount of $3,000. In all other respects, the application is denied.

CALOGERO, C.J., and JOHNSON, J., concur in this partial grant, but would grant the application in full. KNOLL, J., not on panel, recused.
