In re Rogers, Cecil J.; — Defendant(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, No. 29925-KW; Parish of Webster, 26th Judicial District Court, Div. “D”, No. 59,350.

Writ granted. The defendant’s conviction is vacated and the case is remanded for a new trial with a new judge. See Herring v. New York, 422 U.S. 853, 95 S.Ct. 2550, 45 L.Ed.2d 593 (1975); State v. Moorcraft, 319 So.2d 386 (La. 1975).
