ORDER

Considering the foregoing Joint Petition for Interim Suspension filed by Respondent, Glen Edward Smith, and the Office of Disciplinary Counsel:

IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that respondent, Glen Edward Smith, be and he hereby is placed on interim suspension from the practice of law pending further orders of this court,
