ORDER

Based on the foregoing:

IT IS ORDERED that the trial court order of April 11,1999 mandating payment of $138,487.14 to defense counsel by April 19, 1999 in the matter of State of Louisiana v. Chad Roy Louviere, 19th Judicial District Court, Criminal Docket No. 6-98-*6407, be and is hereby stayed pending disposition of the writ application to be filed with the Court of Appeal, First Circuit by April 30,1999.
