LEMMON, J.

concurs. The trial judge has already limited the deposition to credibility issues only. In addition, I concur in the writ denial and note that the trial judge should limit the deposition to questions which are relevant to the subject matter involved in the present litigation, or which are reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of information which is relevant to the present litigation.
