In re Allen, Lonnie et al.; — Defendant; applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. A, No. 408-051; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 99-K-2890.

Granted. Ruling of the trial court is reversed. Motion in limine is denied. Relevancy of evidence is determined at the time it is offered.
