In re Jennings City of Pol. Dept.;— Plaintiff; Applying for Writ of Certiorari and/or Review Office Of Workers’ Compensation District 4, No. 97 08111; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. 98-1921.

Granted. Judgment of the court of appeal is reversed for reasons assigned by Judge Amy in his dissenting opinion. We find no manifest error. Judgement of the trial court is reinstated.
