In re Entergy Louisiana, Inc., applying for Rehearing of this Court’s Order dated May 12, 2000; Parish of Assumption, 23rd Judicial District Court, Div. C., No. 22,830; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. 97-CA-2613.

Rehearing granted to clarify our previous order. Our ruling of May 12, 2000 does not preclude an ultimate review of quantum of damages by the court of appeal on appeal from the judgment on the new trial.
