In re Lavie, Michael Gerard; — Plaintiff; Applying for Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Orleans, Civil District Court Div. B, No. 99-6296; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 2000-C-1195.

Granted. Judgment of the trial court is vacated. The matter is remanded to the trial court to reconsider its ruling that defendant’s medical records are not discoverable, after conducting an in camera inspection of these medical records.

KIMBALL, JOHNSON and KNOLL, JJ., would deny the writ.
