concurring in denial. We adhere to the views expressed in the dissent from the majority’s granting of the writ. However, after an in camera review of the billing records at issue, we find these records did not contain the type of privileged information which would be privileged as referred to in the dissent. Accordingly, we concur in denying the application for rehearing.
