In re State of Louisiana; — Plaintiff; Applying for Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Jefferson Davis, 31st Judicial District Court Div. O, No. CR-2686-00; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. KW 01-00150.

Writ granted. The judgment of the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, is hereby reversed. The judgment of the trial court, denying defendant’s motion to suppress is hereby reinstated.

JOHNSON, J., would deny the writ.
