ORDER

Upon considering the Petition for Voluntary Resignation from the Practice of Law filed by James S. Denhollen,

IT IS ORDERED that the Petition be and hereby is denied. However, petitioner may re-file his petition pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 20.1, as enacted July 5, 2001.
