JOHNSON, J.,

would grant with reasons.

I would grant the writ application to consider whether the state failed in its obligation to provide resources which would have resulted in reunification of this family.

I consider the state policy of revoking probation for failure to pay fees reprehensible. Particularly, since Louisiana does so little to provide training or create employment opportunities for ex-offenders.
