concurs and assigns reasons. Inmates who claim that DNA evidence will exonerate them must file their application in the district court pursuant to the procedure set forth in La. Code Crim. Proc. Art. 926.1, enacted by La. Acts. 2001, No. 1020, effective August 15,2001.
