JOHNSON, J.,

concurs in the denial of this petition but writes separately to say that she is in favor of appointing a committee to study the issue.

Opinion of the Court

CALOGERO, C.J.,

would allow applicants to take the bar examination and, if successful, be admitted thereafter only if and when this court should change the rule after appointing a committee to make a recommendation in this regard.
