Opinion of the Court

CALOGERO, C.J.,

would allow applicants to take the bar examination and if successful, be admitted thereafter only if and when the court should change the rule after appointing a committee to make a recommendation in this regard.

Concurring Opinion

JOHNSON, J.,

concurs in the denial of these petitions but writes separately to say *279that she is in favor of appointing a committee to study the issue.
