Opinion of the Court

In re State of Louisiana;—Plaintiff; Applying for Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court Div. F, No. 427-886; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 2002-K-1444.

Concurring Opinion

KNOLL, J.,

would grant the writ and stay the proceedings. Before making a final determination on the admissibility or inadmissibility of the document the state seeks to admit into evidence, I would stay the proceedings and order the state to supplement its writ application with the trial court’s reasons.
