PER CURIAM.

In re Clanton, Patrice; — Other; Applying for Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Orleans, Orleans Parish Juvenile Court, No. TR-D-20020133; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 2003-0307.

Granted. The judgment of the juvenile court denying relator’s request for pauper status on appeal is reversed. Case remanded to the juvenile court for further proceedings.

VICTORY and TRAYLOR, JJ., would deny the application. KNOLL, J., would deny the writ.
