ATTORNEY DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel seeks this court’s review of a recommendation of the disciplinary board that the formal charges against respondent, Sidney M. Rihner, be dismissed. Having reviewed the record and the briefs of the parties, we accept the recommendation of the disciplinary board. Accordingly, it is ordered that the formal charges against respondent be and hereby are dismissed.
