ORDER

Construing respondent’s correspondence of March 11, 2005 to the Louisiana State Bar Association as a Petition for Resignation from the Practice of Law filed pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XVIII, § 5, *819and the response thereto filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel,

IT IS ORDERED that the request of Wayne C. Giordano, Louisiana Bar Roll number 6250, for resignation from the practice of law be and is hereby granted.
