In re Boydell, 902 So. 2d 1001 (La. 2005)
2005 La. LEXIS 1650; 2005 WL 1427807
Calogero

Concurring Opinion
would grant the request by the applicant to reconsider the court’s denial of his petition for reinstatement to the practice of law. Specifically, the applicant seeks an opportunity to orally argue his petition for reinstatement. While La. Sup.Ct. Rule XIX, Section 24 does not mention either briefing or oral argument regarding a petition for reinstatement, I believe it is within the Court’s discretion to allow such. Thus, I would let the applicant present oral argument.
