Opinion of the Court
In re Shell Gas Pipeline Corporation #2; — Defendant; Applying for Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of E. Baton Rouge, 19th Judicial District Court Div. D, Nos. 502,768; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. 2003 CW 2788.

Concurring Opinion
would grant the writ.
I would grant this writ application to revisit the personal jurisdiction issue rendered contrary to the interests of the defendant in the court of appeal. My reasons can be found in my concurrence to the denial of rehearing in Bridges v. Autozone, 04-0814 (La.3/24/05), 900 So.2d 784.
