CALOGERO, Chief Justice,

Would Grant the Writ.

I would grant this writ application to revisit the personal jurisdiction issue rendered contrary to the interests of the defendant in the court of appeal. My reasons can be found in my concurrence to the denial of rehearing in Bridges v. Autozone, 04-0814 (La.3/24/05), 900 So.2d 784.
