In re State of Louisiana; — Plaintiff; Applying for Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court Div. J, No. 454-677; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 2005-K-0819.

Granted. The trial court ruling which granted defendant’s motion to suppress is reversed. See State v. Hill, 725 So.2d 1282 (La. 1998). The case is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings.
