Opinion of the Court

In Re Ferrier, Jerome Jose Jr.; — Defendant; Applying for Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court Div. E, No. 441-424.

Writ granted for the sole purpose of transferring the application to the district court for action on the out-of-state warrant that apparently is the sole remaining basis for relator’s custody in Orleans Parish Prison. In all other respects, the application is denied.
