JOHNSON, J.,

concurs in the denial of writ application. Inmates wishing to institute “any action... contesting] the computation of ... sentence or sentences, discharge, good time dates, or any action concerning parole” must file in the 19th JDC in East Baton Rouge Parish. LSA-R.S. 15:571.15; LSA-R.S. 15:1177.
