Opinion of the Court

In re State of Louisiana; — Plaintiff; Applying For Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court Div. B, No. 490-826; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 2010-K-0556.

The ruling of the trial court granting the defendants’ motion to suppress statements is reversed. See State v. Roach, 322 So.2d 222 (La. 1975). The stay is denied, and the matter is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings.
