concurs in the denial:

|,There is no indication plaintiff filed a rule to show cause with the trial court, as required by La. Civ.Code art. 102. For this reason, the court of appeal properly denied plaintiffs writ of mandamus requesting the court of appeal order the trial court to render a judgment on plaintiffs divorce petition.
