ATTORNEY DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS

LThe Office of Disciplinary Counsel (“ODC”) commenced an investigation into allegations that respondent exceeded the scope of the representation of his client, neglected a legal matter, and failed to communicate with his client.
