In re State of Louisiana; — Plaintiff; Applying For Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court Div. A, No. 513-605; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 2013-K-0401.

Writ granted. The trial court abused its discretion in excluding evidence of defendant’s jail calls under La.Code Crim. Proc. art. 729.5. The rulings of the lower courts are reversed and the matter remanded to the trial court.

WEIMER and HUGHES, JJ., would deny.
