HUGHES, J.,

dissenting.

| iWith respect, I dissent and would grant the writ. When Mr. Farrell entered into a consent judgment on August 31, 2011 I believe he waived any objection to the numbering error and I would recognize the substance of said judgment over the procedural issue.
